SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to Italy and internationally.

Orders are generally prepared and handed over to the courier within 1–10 business days from confirmation of payment.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the courier used. Any delays caused by transportation, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control shall not be attributable to Violet Group S.r.l.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, before the order is completed.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges required by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order price or shipping costs.

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, the customer will receive the necessary information to track the shipment, where available.
